We DO NOT guarantee refunds as they will be at our sole discretion. But we DO guarantee that we help every single customer that has an issue, to resolve the issue.
Sometimes, due to a critical design flaw or a website error at checkout – a refund or store credit is appropriate. If this is the case, please contact us and provide us with your username, e-mail, order number, tell me about the problem, and let me know of any information that can help me resolve the issue. We may ask for additional information or screenshots to help address the problem. Please allow 7 business days from your initial request for us to resolve any issues. When an issue with a design has been fixed a refund or store credit will not be granted, but you will receive the fixed file(s).
You will not be refunded for software issues or any lack of knowledge on your part.
Credit card purchases are eligible for store credit only, no refunds will be given to credit card purchases due to extra fees.
You must contact us within 15 days after purchase to qualify for a refund or store credit.
